Pricing & Commitment

Because you're not buying videos — you're buying a full booking system. A $500 editor gives you raw footage. BayFull gives you: 20–30 finished videos/month, a live booking page, AI missed-call text-back, automated follow-up, and a monthly report. The parts a shop owner doesn't have time to build. When you add up what those pieces cost if you buy them separately (agency + automation tool + hosting), you're at $3K–$5K/month.

Founding clients pay $1,250–$2,500 — after founding, standard rate is $2,500/mo. See what founding clients get →

No lock-in. After the one-time setup ($1,500), you pay month-to-month. Cancel before the next billing date and you won't be charged again. We require the setup fee because we build your booking page, configure your AI call flow, and deliver your first week's content — that work is done upfront, win or lose.

If you want to leave after month 1, you can. We make more money if you stay because the content compound grows over time — but we don't hold clients hostage. See full pricing →

You get a full refund on the setup fee. Not a partial credit — a refund. The monthly service is usage-based (we produce content and run automation regardless), so the refund covers the setup cost only. Here's our thinking: if you're not seeing at least 1 new booking from the system in 30 days, something in your shop or market is off. We'll tell you that in month 1 rather than let you waste 6 months hoping it gets better.

No deposit required. BayFull doesn't take a deposit to hold your spot — the $1,500 setup fee is due before work starts, and that covers the booking page build, AI config, and first content batch. If we don't deliver, you don't pay. The refund policy on setup covers the first 30 days — if something's genuinely broken, we fix it or refund you. No games.

Scope & Deliverables

Scope & Deliverables

We film from the work you already do. No staging, no extra shots — we arrive, shoot real jobs in progress (tint installs, ceramic applications, paint correction, interior details), edit it, and leave. Your crew does their job, we turn it into content. If you can give us access for a few hours a week, we handle everything else.

Shops that tell us "we don't have anything to film" are usually the ones with the best content — real cars, real results, real before/afters. See a sample monthly content package →

Real humans, every frame. AI assists with captions, thumbnails, and distribution, but the editing — pacing, music selection, hook construction, narrative structure — is done by a human editor who knows auto service content. One editor handles your account full-time and builds familiarity with your shop's style and voice over time.

We don't hand work to offshore batch editors or churn out generic content. If the first batch isn't right, we redo it. See the full service scope →

20–30 videos/month, every month. We plan the content mix around your shop — if you do mostly tint jobs, you'll see more tint content. If ceramic coatings are your bread and butter, that's the focus. You can request specific video types ("I'd like to feature more PPF jobs" or "Show more customer testimonials") and we'll work them into the calendar.

The 20–30 videos/month is a floor, not a ceiling — if there's a week with a standout job, we might push 7–8 videos from that alone. See a full content calendar sample →

Content only — no ad spend management. We create the content and you post it. If you want to boost posts or run targeted ads, that's a separate conversation and typically runs $300–$1,000/month on top. Here's why we don't include paid media: our model is built on organic content compounding. The people who find you through organic content are higher-intent, price less, and are more likely to actually book — versus cold traffic from ads who are still comparison-shopping.

Organic builds a brand; ads buy leads. We do the harder, more durable thing. See the full comparison →

Trust & Comparison

Trust & Comparison

You can — and we'd tell you if BayFull isn't the right fit. Local agencies typically run $3K–$8K/month and often don't include booking automation, missed-call follow-up, or content production at all. They're built for awareness campaigns, not filling bays.

If you're spending $10K+/month on marketing and have multiple locations, a full-service agency makes sense. If you're a single shop with a $2K/month budget, you get a junior account manager and a report full of impressions, not appointments. BayFull is built for the 90% of shops that need content + automation + reporting at a price that actually pencils out. See the full comparison →

Yelp and Angi sell you a lead — BayFull builds an asset. With lead-gen services, you pay per lead, the lead is sent to 3–5 of your competitors at the same time, and when you stop paying, the leads stop. You own nothing. With BayFull, you own every video, your booking page, your follow-up sequences, and your content library. The videos and landing page keep working for you after you cancel.

Over 12 months, a $2,500/month content program generates more and better leads than $2,500/month in Yelp ads for most shops — and you don't have to fight for the same price-shopping leads as your competition across town. See the full comparison →

Fair call, and we own it. We're in founding phase — we have live clients, a working system, and real deliverables, but we're still building out the case study track record. What we do have: a sample monthly report from a real client run, a fully functional booking and automation system, and a team that's fully built and operational.

We chose the founding client structure specifically so we can show you month 1 and month 3 numbers from real shops — not hypothetical projections. If you're a founding client, you're part of the case study generation process, not just a beneficiary of it. Book an audit to see the system live →

Maybe. BayFull works best for shops that: do quality work, have $500+ average tickets, and miss calls during the day. If you genuinely can't handle more appointments right now, this isn't the right time. If you can handle more work but aren't capturing the calls and inquiries you already get, BayFull is built for you.

Smaller shops also tend to have an advantage in content — there's a real "local shop, real work" authenticity that big shops can't fake. The content works harder for smaller operations. Calculate your leak → Or talk to us directly →

Operational

BayFull works with shops anywhere in the US — we're remote-first and have clients across the country. Content is filmed at your shop (you record, we guide the process), so location doesn't affect quality. The only time geography matters: if you're in an extremely rural area with very limited mobile signal, video uploads may be slower.

Everything else — booking pages, AI calls, SMS follow-up — works identically regardless of your city. We don't have "service areas" — if you can send us photos of your work, we can serve you. See if your market is a fit →

Real answer: 2–4 hours/month after onboarding. Here's the breakdown: onboarding week requires about 2–3 hours total (calendar setup, content walkthrough, approve landing page). After that: you record 2–3 short videos a week on your phone during normal work — no extra setup, no staging. We handle everything else: editing, posting, follow-up sequences, missed-call responses, reporting.

The main ongoing ask is reviewing the content calendar (1 hour/month) and approving or requesting changes to videos (15 minutes/week). If you can't give us that, the system still runs — it's just more hands-off. See the onboarding week →

We redo it. The first content batch is a calibration round — we learn your shop's voice, your customer's aesthetic, and what hooks actually land in your market. If you look at the first 5 videos and don't like the direction, tell us and we redo them at no charge. After the calibration period, you can request changes to the content mix at any time ("more customer testimonials", "less time-lapse, more before/afters").

We have a revision process — it's not "here's your content, take it or leave it." The goal is content you'd be proud to show your best customer. See what the monthly content looks like →

Yes, in most cases. We can integrate with most booking platforms (Jane, Shopmonkey, Paychex, custom sites) — the integration is typically API-based and works in the background. Your existing booking page can stay in place; BayFull adds the missed-call text-back and follow-up automation on top. The only requirement: your booking system needs to have a public URL we can link to in SMS follow-up.

If your current system is purely phone-based with no digital booking option, we'll build you a landing page that feeds into your existing workflow. Talk to us about your specific setup →

Results & Reporting

Results & Reporting

Everything that matters for filling bays. Every month you get: new leads generated, booking page visits, completed bookings, conversion rate, missed-call recovery count and revenue, attributed revenue (jobs we can trace back to content), top-performing video, total views/saves/engagement, and a narrative summary of what's working and what needs to change.

We don't send you a report full of impressions and reach — we send you a report full of appointments and revenue. See a real sample report →

Most clients see their first content-driven booking within 30 days — usually from the missed-call text-back (immediate) or organic reach on a viral post (2–4 weeks). The booking page takes 1–2 weeks to index on Google. Organic content compound builds over months — Month 3 is typically significantly better than Month 1 as the library of videos accumulates and starts pulling in local search.

The honest answer: you'd be running the system at full capacity by Month 2 if you signed today. See what Month 3 looks like →

It actually makes content more valuable, not less. Seasonal shops that stop marketing in the off-season lose all their momentum. When traffic drops in October, shops with an active content library still get organic reach from posts published during the busy months. Short-form video doesn't expire — a tint install video posted in April keeps generating views in October.

We can also adjust the content cadence for slow periods (10–15 videos instead of 20–30) so you're not paying for content when you don't have the capacity to handle more work. See how we handle seasonal variation →

Founding clients pay $1,250–$2,500/month depending on service tier. After the founding period, standard rate is $2,500/month. You'll know 60 days before the transition — no surprises, no pressure. If at that point the ROI isn't there (our target: at least $3–5K/month in additional attributed revenue for a full-volume shop), we'll tell you and help you decide.

We'd rather lose a client to honest conversation than keep one on a service that isn't working. The founding rate exists because early clients give us case studies and testimonials — in exchange, we price below market. After founding, you're paying full rate for the same system, and the price reflects the results. See founding client pricing →
